Amazing place. Sadly closed when we arrived but the area is stunning, walked around visited nanny rocks. Will return to visit the houses.

I enjoyed the rock house, very welcoming. Cafe drinks and food. I’m still trying to find nanny’s cave

Extremely interesting, although not a lot to see. There are, however, plenty of walks around Kinver Edge, ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours. We combined our visit to the rock houses with a 1 hour walk and then a coffee and a rock bun in the NT café and had a very nice day.

Such a lovely place to visit! Whilst the site of the houses is not huge they are incredibly interesting with excellent signage and information and a lovely volunteer to fill in the gaps. A good size cafe and lovely book shed and a warm welcome all round.
Then once you've visited the houses the country park around them offers some beautiful walks and chances to explore, we enjoyed the wildlife and different habitats on each side of the hill.
The only thing we'd like to see is the clearing of the woodland play along the route and maybe a little renovation to it.
Thank you for a lovely family day out

Just a spur of the moment visit to Kinver edge and the rock houses on our way home after a weekend in the area.
It was very busy and I couldn't find anywhere to park at first, but then found a space on the opposite side to the rock houses. Then it was just a 10 minute walk through the middle to the houses.
The volunteers were very knowledgeable, as always with National Trust.
We would have had coffee, and I'm sure it was lovely, however there was a long queue and I'd realised we'd left something in the hotel, 40 minutes away in the wrong direction. Would also liked to have walked through Kinver village as the high street looked lovely. Oh well, it means we'll have to come back.
